Natalie currently works as the Deputy Director of Medical Services for The Maitland and Lower Hunter Hospitals in New South Wales. She is well acquainted with both sides of the interview panel, having previously gained an accredited radiology position as a PGY3, before later transitioning to medical administration with posts at the Health Education and Training Institute and New South Wales Rural Doctors Network. As part of her current role she is heavily involved with medical recruitment at both junior and senior levels.
Natalie is passionate about as education and training for junior doctors, as well as the delivery and sustainability of medicine in rural and remote Australia. She continues to work with the Health Education and Training Institute and Rural Doctors Network in an advisory/advocacy capacity, and is also a Conjoint Lecturer for the University of Newcastle.
